Integration and
access to machines
Organise and manage machines efficiently.
Arrange your machines in a clearly structured, organisation-wide hierarchy to maintain an overview. View detailed information such as locations, addresses, or software data of the machines. As an administrator, you can also edit names and locations directly to keep the data up-to-date and accurate.
Manage roles and permissions with the Digital Administrator.
As a "Digital Admin," you have full control over machine management. You can add machines to your account and assign specific access rights to other users. This ensures transparent and secure collaboration.
PORTAL
Applications
Available applications
The following applications are available to you in the portal: Analytics, Fleet Status, Remote Management, Machine Administration and User Management. Most functions are only visible if users are assigned to an organisation. The corresponding roles are required.
Reports and analytics
With the “Analytics” application, you can access various types of reports that help you better understand and optimise your coffee business. Standard reports are available to all users with the appropriate permissions. The reports are based on the machines assigned to each user. To send a customised request via the “Analytics report” menu, click on “Request individual report” and complete the contact form.
The data in the reports is updated once daily. You can check the timestamp of the last update in the “Management Overview” report under “Last data update.”
Fleet status
The Fleet Status provides an overview of the current status of your coffee machines:
Error and Action Overview: Instantly identify which machines have errors or require operator action (e.g., topping up beans).
Pending Activities: Receive notifications about activities that still need to be performed on the machines (e.g., cleaning).
Event Reporting: Events displayed on the machines are reported within a maximum of 5 minutes.
Comprehensive Event Tracking: View all events transmitted by your machines, including errors, tasks, and informational messages.
Dashboard Insights: The dashboard provides an overview of sales, machine status, consumption, and peak usage times.
Data Export: Export event data as a .csv file via the Analysis area. To do this, navigate to Analysis → Data Export → “Request new data export.” Note that all events are included in the export, not just currently active events.
Integration solutions
WMF CoffeeConnect offers integration solutions through APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), enabling seamless connections between our coffee machines and other systems or devices. This allows for easy integration into existing digital ecosystems. Please contact us for further information.
