Yes. All WMF refurbished machines are carefully selected before entering the refurbishment process. Only machines that can meet WMF quality, safety, and performance standards are accepted for refurbishment.
Machines that are beyond their supported product lifecycle, are technically unsuitable, or cannot be restored to the required quality level are excluded in advance. This ensures that only selected WMF equipment with long-term serviceability and reliable operation is offered as refurbished.

What are the actual refurbishment steps?
Each machine undergoes a defined refurbishment process which includes:

Which parts are replaced during refurbishment?
Maintenance parts are replaced according to Service Instructions. Depending on the machine type and condition, this may include seals, hoses, brewing components, grinders, filters, or other service-relevant parts. All machines leave our workshop 100% functional similar to new machines. We exchange also parts with optical defects depending on the machine category to give the machine a high value appearance.
